Fortel, Chennai

I had a mixed experience during my stay at Fortel. The location is excellent, just across from Egmore station, which made my travel easy. However, the hotel itself felt quite run-down and in need of renovation. The staff were generally polite, but I encountered some issues with service, and the food options were fairly limited.

My stay at Fortel was overall pleasant, with comfortable rooms and a great location, although the check-in process was somewhat frustrating. The food at their restaurant was a highlight, especially the traditional dishes. While I found the staff attentive, the front desk could use a bit more warmth in their welcome.
